Kingsbarn Farm publishes the FarmBoss app. This page explains what the app stores.

Who we are

What we collect

Your name, email address, and phone number if you add one. Your farm name, branches, flocks, daily reports, eggs, feed, health notes, sales, expenses, customers, and staff invites. Your role on the farm, such as owner or manager.

How records are stored

Records are saved on the phone and in Google Firebase. Each farm has its own farm code. A farmer cannot open another farm’s records. A manager can see only the farm they were invited to.

How we use it

We use it to run the app: sign-in, reports, PDF sharing, and invites. We do not sell farm records. We do not show ads.

Sharing

You can choose to share a report by email or WhatsApp. That share is started by you.

How long we keep it

Records stay until the farm owner deletes them. Signing out does not delete the farm.

Children

FarmBoss is a business app for farm owners and managers. It is not for children.
